Weft Fashion Stereo-feeling, Crinkled Style Fabric

Crinkled fabric made by weft inserted warp knit machine.

Unlike interlining, this is a new developed shell fabric for lady’s fashion, especially for lady skirt, dress, and loose shirt.

We applied 10% spandex in the weft yarns of the fabric. After final finishing, the fabric will shrink into a natural crinkled style. Because it’s pattern is like tree’s rough bark or beef tripe, in China, it is also called as ‘tree bark fabric’ or ‘ beef tripe fabric’.

Unlike the crinkled fabric made by normal warp knit machines and circular machines, this type of fabric can have a better stereo-feeling in vertical direction (No elastic in vertical). In weft direction, it has a good elasticity. Therefore, it is suitable for daily loose fashion dress, pregnant lady dress, yoga trousers etc..

Besides spandex, we can also apply cotton, tencel yarn and other kind of yarns to meet different hand feeling.

• Hand feeling: very soft and pump hand feeling, elastic in weft direction
• Out looking: good in vertical direction, has a excellent feeling of stereo shape.
